How To Pour Your Cup
Step 1: Choose an origin pouch to discover. Open the pouch and pull out the pour over filter.
Step 2: Grab the side tabs of the pour over filter and pull the filter open to reveal coffee grounds.
Step 3: Secure the side tabs over rim of desired mug to keep open. Pour 8 oz of 200° F water into the pour over filter.

Morning Blend
From Happy Accident to Best Seller to Global Coffee Awards
Morning Blend started as a happy accident back in early 2021, when we were bagging
coffee at the roastery and had just a little left over from three different coffees: a dark-
roasted Brazil, a medium-roasted Costa Rican honey processed coffee, and a medium-
dark Papua New Guinea. Instead of wasting those small amounts, we poured them into
our personal coffee container at home — the one we use for our own morning coffee.
The next day, we brewed it and immediately knew we had stumbled into something
special. No formal blend development, no test batches, no grand strategy. Just a
surprisingly balanced cup that worked. That accidental blend became Morning Blend,
and it has been our top-selling coffee every single month since. In 2025, we entered it in
the Global Coffee Awards, where the judges described it as “perfect with cream and
sugar.”
